ABC Schools Partnership brings together world-class talent and expertise to design, build and finance the 12 new P3 schools, and maintain them for 30 years. The finance partners are HOCHTIEF Solutions AG and Concert Infrastructure Ltd. The industry partners responsible for designing and building the schools are Turner Construction Company, Clark Builders, Stantec Architecture Ltd. and Stantec Consulting Ltd. Maintenance and renewal will be performed by Ainsworth Inc.

In its PPP Solutions segment, HOCHTIEF Solutions AG develops and realizes concessions and operator projects in the business fields of roads and social infrastructure. Subsidiary HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions North America Inc. was founded at the beginning of 2008 and serves the growing PPP markets in the USA and Canada. The company’s PPP experts are also active in the energy segment. HOCHTIEF Solutions consolidates the core business of the HOCHTIEF Group in Europe and in selected regions worldwide. The Concert Infrastructure Fund, managed by Concert Infrastructure Ltd., is a tax-exempt investment vehicle specializing in the development of PPP projects in Canada and was capitalized in October 2010 with $105 million in irrevocable commitments from its ten Canadian Pension Plan unit holders. In the 24 months since its inception, Concert Infrastructure has committed equity to two Ontario AFP transactions (Ontario Provincial Police Modernization and Forensic Services Coroner’s Complex projects) and the Phase III New Schools P3 Project.
